Dear Sir/Madam,
We are excited to announce that Universiti Teknologi Malaysia will host the 67th Convocation Ceremony (MK67) from 18 to 23 November 2023, celebrating the remarkable achievements of the graduating students. To ensure a smooth and successful event, we would like to bring to your attention some important matters regarding certification and transcript applications:
Temporary Suspension of Early Certification and Transcript Applications:
Starting from 1 October until 30 November 2023, the application process for early certification and transcripts will be temporarily suspended. This suspension is necessary to allocate resources effectively and prioritize the preparations for MK67. We strongly encourage all MK67 graduates to attend the Convocation Ceremony to receive their certificates in person and experience this special occasion.
Alternative Verification Options:
If academic documents are required for immediate reasons during the suspension period, the Senate Letter and the Final Semester Examination Results can be used for verification purposes. These documents will serve as official proof of academic achievements and can be used until the application process for certifications and transcripts resumes.
Convocation Attire Borrowing or Renting:
During the suspension period mentioned above, applications to borrow or rent convocation attire will not be processed.
